Superb recipe sir. For adai in thanjavur style we used to make five holes in the adai and pour oil in that. Becomes very crispy. And my grandmom and all never used a laddle but she used to take the adai maavu in hand and will spread it on the tava. So we call it as adai thattaradhu nu she used to say. You explain it so well air. Thank u

Very nice preparation of adai avail I have been watching videos for many times I will be very happy if Venkatesh Bhat give demo for making millet based papad having ingredients of blackgram flour and Flaxseed flour and barnyard millet which is having more nutritional value when compared to other traditional papad It is having more omega3 fatty acid

Yesterday evening, I tried Adai and the side dish. Really mouthwatering . Excellent taste and fantastic combination. Usually I hate to order this in restuarants. Kept full faith in you and did the same without any compromise in ingredients and methods really awesome. Gave to neighbor also. All in my family enjoyed a lot. Really the whole house is filled with aroma of the nice blend of sambrani and the dish. Thanks a lottttttt. And a very special thanks for your jovial and livelyness. First I started watching for your humorous talk but now, also following your receipies. Thank you. I tried avial today, it tastes awesome. Thnx for the step by step process n detailed explanation. Though getting few veg is a challenge like white pumpkin, snake gourd etc. But it has come out wel..so happy..

Yes, I too admire those phrases and similies like 'summa rail engine madiri pugai', Avanunga ellam serndhu eppadi kudhikiranga parunga, Karuveppilaiya picchu avan thalaiyilai kottanum, I start laughing😂🤣 when I hear such comments continuously by Chef, Chef Sir, I just wait for every episode for your excellent and humorous teaching.
