HAPPY BHOGI mami stay blessed as we were staying in Mumbai we do not head holidays hence patti n amma used to keep the pongal at 6 am sunrise time .I tie the turmeric leaf to the kundan n allow the milk water to boil n come to pongi stage then transfer the kundan to cooker n cook.
