Me gusta los champiñones y esta receta me encantó...ya la hice con una pequeña diferencia ..el brócoli lo cocine 4 minutos al vapor y lo agregué porque no quería cocinar más tiempo los champiñones.

Cooked this for dinner today. I deleted the butter and used Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and used Portabella mushrooms because that’s what I happened to have. I steamed the Broccoli to avoid over cooking the mushrooms.This is a very simple, very fast, very healthy, very easy, and tasty recipe . A new subscriber.

I put all the veggies in the pan at once. They caramelise beautifully with a little olive oil and a knob of butter for the mushrooms. Love shortcuts but still tasty. 😋

ich würd die brokkolis in einem separatem topf mit bisschen gemüsebrühe einkochen und dann hinzugeben zum braten sonst dauerts ewig und die pilze kriegen dadurch auch zu viel hitze ab sowie die zwiebeln die anbrennen könnten da der brokkoli ewig dauert ohne flüssigkeit.

Brokkoli zuvor andünsten sonst werden die Pilze zäh wie Gummi und die Zwiebeln verkohlen. Ein bisschen Brühe mit der Sojasoße vermischen, damit es nicht so austrocknet.
