I live at 7,000 ft altitude and water boils around 200°, would this affect the caramel?

You know, as I was filming this, I was thinking to myself, "I wonder how high altitudes would affect this?" Unfortunately I have almost no experience with cooking at high altitude and I don't know what adjustments are needed for the temperatures in this recipe. I'm so sorry I don't have answers, but if you try it out, please do let me know how it goes.
