Recipe of the Year! No-Bake Dessert with Blueberries and Chocolate!
Do you have milk and some flour? This no-bake dessert recipe is exactly what everyone is looking for! Blueberries and chocolate - what could be better?! This dessert will bring real pleasure, made from simple ingredients like milk and flour. It's tender and creamy, just melts in your mouth!
Ingredients:
First Layer:
500 ml (2 cups) milk
50 g (1/4 cup) sugar
15 g (2 tablespoons) flour
35 g (3 tablespoons) cornstarch
60 g (2 ounces) white chocolate
150 ml (2/3 cup) blueberry puree
15 g (1 tablespoon) butter
Second Layer:
500 ml (2 cups) milk
50 g (1/4 cup) sugar
15 g (2 tablespoons) flour
35 g (3 tablespoons) cornstarch
60 g (2 ounces) white chocolate
15 g (1 tablespoon) butter
Third Layer:
100 ml (1/2 cup) cream
60 g (2 ounces) white chocolate
100 ml (1/2 cup) raspberry puree
5 g (1 teaspoon) cornstarch
5 ml (1 teaspoon) lemon juice
Directions:
First Layer:
In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, flour, and cornstarch.
Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Add butter.
Remove from heat, add chopped white chocolate and blueberry puree. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
Pour the first layer into a dessert mold and let it cool.
Second Layer:
In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, flour, and cornstarch.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Add butter.
Remove from heat, add chopped white chocolate, and stir until well combined.
Pour the second layer over the first layer in the mold. Let it cool.
Third Layer:
Heat the cream, add chocolate and raspberry puree.
Pour the third layer over the second layer in the mold.
Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
