*Ingredients:*
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup jaggery (grated or chopped)
1/2 cup water (adjust as needed)
A pinch of salt
*Instructions:*
1.Prepare the Mixture:
In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, grated coconut, jaggery, and a pinch of salt.
Gradually add water, mixing continuously until the batter has a smooth, thin consistency.
2. *Prepare the Steaming Setup:*
-In a Kadai pour 1 and 1/2 laddle of batter.cover with lid and allow it to cook for maximum 3 minutes.
