Ahaaa fuli fuli , garmagarm, lajawab puranpoli dekh k hi muh me paani aa gaya😋 kunalji Gujarat me puranpoli toor daal se banti hai, me dono hi daal se banati hu aur muje na halwa jaisa stuffing bahot majedar lagta hai . Puranpoli banate banate 2 puranpoli ka stuffing aise hi kha leti hu😂 subah subah itni craving ho rahi hai k ab to muje banani hi padegi 😀

Nobody can make puran poli like my granny... It's so smooth with thin layer and it's just melt in mouth. So tempting 😋 she doesn't add haldi in it still it looks perfect.....🤩

Great to see the authentic recipe. This is exactly how we make it. All maharashtrians have puran yantra in the kitchen. I personally like it with lot of ghee and may be milk. Definately Try Your Recipe As Soon As Possible and Loved to Have it as my Breakfast with Some Green Tea of Planet Ayurveda.

Sir ji puran dough se jyada lena chahiye almost like double of dough...... and sir puranpoli jitani patali hogi utni hi woh achhi rahegi.... puranpoli ki covering halki transparent honi chaiye jisse ki puran bhi dikh jaye.... try jarur karna..... Happy gudipadwa 😊🤗🤗

पुरणपोळी छान झाली आहे, I can imagine the aroma of fresh puranpolis which wafts across the entire house and the entire household looks forward to relishing them with ghee….yummy 😋 The only ingredient missing is सौंठ or dry ginger, which when added to the पुरण, helps in digestion as these पोळीs are rather heavy to digest
