But rest assured, I finally found it, and it's just as good as I remembered!
Ingredients:
For the flan:
65 g agave syrup
15 g cornstarch
2 g agar-agar
500 ml natural soy milk
15 ml vanilla extract or powdered vanilla sugar
For the caramel:
100 g sugar
6 cl water
