The best thing about Chef Joel's recipes - other than the exquisitely delicious recipes themselves of course - is that he gets right down to business. No excess talking, no explanations, no tedious 'fillers' that take up space in the videos. His are some of the very best cooking videos I have seen on KZbin (and trust me I've seen many). Superbly done here, as usual. Such a pleasure to watch.

I’ve noticed the way you’re shooting has become more of 3D and attractive. There’re some new tricks which I couldn’t quite figure out what it is at the moment.
