Methods:
Marinate the beef with red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, and ginger garlic paste. Allow it to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Heat oil and ghee in a pot. Add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, and fried onions. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
Introduce the marinated beef to the pot and cook until the meat is sealed and browned.
Incorporate coconut powder, curd, and the juice of one lemon. Mix thoroughly to coat the beef evenly.
Layer the pot with fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, and a sliced green chilli for an added kick.
Seal the pot with a tight-fitting lid and let it cook on low heat (dum) for 1.5 to 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the beef to become tender.
Uncover the pot to reveal the aromatic masterpiece-your Dum ka Beef is ready to be savored!
