Ingredients:
2 medium-sized onions, sliced
5-6 finely chopped green chilies
4-5 cloves of garlic, chopped
A small piece of ginger, chopped
6 medium-sized tomatoes
1 tsp salt
Chili flakes (adjust to taste)
1/2 glass of water
700 grams chicken pieces
Ghee (clarified butter)
200 ml milk pack cream
1 tsp coriander powder (dhaniya powder)
1/2 tsp roasted and ground cumin (bhuna pisa zeera)
Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
Blend onions, green chilies, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes into a smooth mixture.
Sear chicken pieces in ghee until a crust forms on both sides.
Add the blended mixture and cook for 15 minutes.
Pour in milk pack cream, coriander powder, and roasted cumin. Mix well.
Cook until oil separates and rises to the top.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
