As someone who’s been hit by an uninsured driver, it is a complete nightmare going through that process even with the extra uninsured driver coverage. These people should lose their license for a year just for that alone.

@Lucas T I totally agree with you. I got hit by a kid driving his mother's car with no insurance. my insurance company tried to low ball me and these ambulance chasers ( personel injury lawyers) side with adjusters under the table against you.

Definitely didn't see anyone cut off the officer. Normal, everyday driving that I saw. You sound like someone that gets pulled over and says "but they're speeding too! Why didn't you pull them over!?"

Lady almost got saved by the 2 JACKASSES that thought getting in between the cop and the suspects car when there was NO room was a good idea. People REALLY SUCK at driving like I don't know how the hell have licenses and don't just crash into everything they see it's horrible.

Vehicles getting between her weren’t going to save her. The trooper had enough video evidence of her erratic operation. He could just as easily gone around the other cars and continued his evaluation of driving, Even with the vehicles in front him he can still have her in sight.

She earned those tickets, for sure. Hopefully, the state sees the video and restricts her license, since she admits she cannot drive with her twitchy legs due to neuropathy. Put her in the passenger seat! I wonder what excuse she has for no insurance and no seatbelt on the toddler. That child seat was probably not even secured by the car’s seatbelt. In Massachusetts they tow your car for no insurance even though my state New Hampshire doesn't require insurance Massachusetts thinks they can tow it and do so I have insurance lol. EDIT mass does let the undocumented drive with nothing no insurance no inspection sticker no license but as for rest of us that don't fly

Don’t be to judge mental, toddlers are smart they can get out of SBs more then you know. Time ….sometimes 10 minutes could feel like 5 or 15 minutes! Diabetic can have issues, low insulin, needing food. Down days. The insurance agree but this mom sounds like she has her hands full!
