I can't get over how ignorant the motorcycle cops looked trying to affect some change riding a full dresser with all of the extra cop crap for added weight. They were more dangerous just being there agitating instead of de-escalating. Bblocking intersections and escorting them so the parade could just move on to the next county over. When will they ever learn that a situation like that won't be stopped. Manage around it but don't get in the middle of it phools. Trying to ride that big cumbersome bike like a qtr horse attempting to cull one rider out while in traffic is not the way. It would be like Big Daddy Don Garlits in the right lane and my momma in her old '61 chartreuse VW Micro-bus complete with peace sign flags in the left. In other words they might as well go home and cry in their beers. You just can't learn some folks, lol!

I first rode a motorcycle when I was 11, started running from the cops when I was 13, got my first ticket on a bike days after getting my license. I rode like I was immortal, Miami to Boca at 150 mph, Orlando to Miami in under 2 hours. 25 years on two wheels, and not a mark to show for it. But my number was due to come up. I sold my bike, hung up my helmet and gloves, and grew up. But many of my friends didn't. RIP Terry, Rich, Tony, Alan, Steve, Artie, and my brother Don. Neil Young was full of shit, it is not better to burn out than to fade away, and nowadays he'd be tell you that.
