I mean isn't over 80mph reckless? So in some freeways going 10 over is reckless? That's a bit excessive, and these types of deals are more in line with other states for those speeds. However, if they're withholding those deals from people who can't get an attorney then... that's shady, sounds like there's some corruption here

I have got reckless charge in north carolina in 2019 and i live in virginia i was coming back to home from atlanta but i was wronged by the state trooper and also the lawyers that i hired from crocket and oldham law firm they thrown me under the bus, that was my ever first traffic offense at that time and until today but i got convicted of it because i didn’t have a good lawyer to represent me there is no justice north carolina should fix this or create a better law the system is very unfair
