Labor have form on this, Rudd/Gillard government tried to access the fund but failed. Let it not be forgotten that it was Labor that took the $26 billion surplus (no debt) and converted that into a $150 billion (approximate) deficit when they were last in power and the rich little socialist needs to be reminded of that.
