Along with the tools, a few custom signs would be perfect. I'm going to do this with some of my flea market displays. If you get cable spools and take them apart without doing any cutting, the center boards have an outer curve to them. Do the same thing with those and with the right color of stain, it would look like the inside walls of a log home. Once again, great work Jesper! Do you have an email?

how do you attach the boards to the wall? you talk about making sure to have a good nail gun, but I don't see any nails in the mounted boards and in the sped up video, it kinda looks like you're just gluing them up with some sort of adhesive
@JesperMakes Жыл бұрын
It's just wood glue and a few nails from the nail gun. The nails are just below the surface, but it's the glue that holds the boards in the long run. Just cheap wood glue.

Thank you so much, yeah I don't like throwing out stuff that's still usable. Even despite the fact that we have sawmills and can mill some wood from logs to build from, I still think we should try to reuse as much wood as possible, and leave as many trees alive as we can.

The colors of the pallet boards were also beautiful. Man, there's always something new to be done in the workshop. And we will always have work to do. Nice explanation and I watched the video. I'd like to see your tools hanged in another video. Thank you for sharing. See you. Stay healthy and happy. Big greetings. Kind regards. Your friend Mehmet

I didn't plan on making a video about the wall from the beginning, but I took a GoPro on Time warp mode with me while working on it, so that explains the different approach. Hoes everything going with your new property?

@@JesperMakes haha well to an amateur eye like mine I just assumed it was a planned approach & thoroughly enjoyed it regardless 😄 We are just about at the end of what has felt like a lifetime of wading through all the planning & permits stage Jesper, thanks for asking! I'm not familiar with how strict Denmark is but in Australia the local councils are very involved with what you can & can't do on your land ... it can turn into quite the back and forth with altering plans & resubmitting them to engineers etc etc... Nevertheless looks like the light at the end of the tunnel is only a week or so away. We have most of the materials to the workshop/temp home being delivered mid September, so at that point it should be full steam ahead & fingers crossed we can hopefully get in there before the end of the year 🤞🤞🤞
