Nana speaks from posthumanist theoretical starting points, which are very debatable. On the surface, everything looks lovely and fabulous, but in the depths of these theories, "people" cease to be active subjects, ie. there is not only heterologous diversity, but also the "de-essentialization" of language, which is very dangerous.

Just to clarify the people who came to Polish - Belarusian border were organised by Beralusian regime to attack Poland, whereas Ukrainians were fleeing their country which was attacked by Russia. So basically first was sponsored by regime to attack Polsih border and second was an espace from the war zone. A completely different situation.

For Nana Africa is West Africa and yet she stumbles on talking about the African accent. Besides her art history stuff is obviously focused on West Africa in general and Ghana in particular.

I don't know what African accent in speaking European languages means in the context.
