For myself, I found the conversation regarding the commercialization of wellness v.s. actual wellness and the distinction between these two and how they are perceived was very well laid out and beneficial. In our time, we see a lot of commercialization of wellness preying upon vulnerable populations, and they may or may not provide resources on wellness. When this happens it makes the perception of wellness skewed. I believe this was so eloquently laid out, and the clarifications were so well done.

I'm mesmerized by this. I read a book with similar content, and I was truly mesmerized. "Your Body Your Temple" by Sophia Wintergreen

That scratching in the background is really off-putting.

It's the dangling of her earrings against the microphone. But, I agree. Distracting.

Nice! When prepared properly, herbal oils are very useful for skin health, hair growth and general wellness. We just uploaded a video on the uses of Ginger Oil for lymphatic drainage. Helps with circulation.

Interesting although I don't like to be in the drivers seat. I prefer passenger seat.

Why is that?

@@Override.Health Drivers seat you have to be present 24/7. And it’s easy to lose control. You have to worry about yourself and others actions. Also, I sweat a lot being in that seat. (Yuck). Passenger seat you can enjoy the scenery, listen to music, relax...etc.

@@Skater21Loverboyz That's true. I like your logic on that. But being in the driver's seat in life means you get to decide to do things that calm you and you aren't driven by the need to calm your pain. I guess the metaphor doesn't always match up.
