The Baynes work really well with the San Francisco Toter EVR-I semi-auto, and I'm probably sure Cascades or any other cart with a recessed latching area as well. They seem really challenged with carts that have a lip or skirt. You're right, Perkins or either McNeilus tippers would have done a good job with these carts, but don't count on seeing those combos with Heil often. Heil and Bayne are actually under the same parent company, so operators probably get cut a pretty good deal to go with them

@garbageboy2009 Yeah,there are a LOT of old BFI Zarns around. There are a lot of BFI/AW dumpsters still,too.

Thank you so much for getting a lot of footage of this rare (for san mateo county) truck! So they determined this area should be MSL not ASL? Seems like it could be done by an ASL..
