For a narrow isa, if you are doing a wall supported squat to recapture ER should you reach or have the elbows in a position like holding a goblet squat, and should you have something between the knees or use a band around the knees?

Goblet is better. Less chance to anteriorly orient. Don't put anything at the knees.

Why is a funnel shape easier to unweight the pelvis? What does it mean to unweight? I can see how losing weight can unweight but the pelvis lol but I’m guessing you mean something else. Or is it just a narrower pelvis can store less things than a wider pelvis?

man, this is demoralizing lol. I am a narrow pylon, and I am also fighting to be among the elite Hyrox athletes in the world (which is a fitness race combining both running and "fUnCtioNal" strength) Can i get an extra reward for being the worst structure possible?? lol

Bill, i am struggling to understand how a Wide ISA can create a funnel when Wide ISA is related with wide IPA. And a narrow ISA a pylon. I thought ISA and IPA follow the same direction (wide/narrow).

Archetype and configuration are not describing the same elements of structure and behavior.

@@BillHartmanPT I think archetype is the bias toward exhalation or inhalation Strategy, correct? The configuration is what I don't understand ? Is it something that changes, through our life? Is it something that is being influenced by breathing?
