Hi what is the maximum size of a bowl i can make with the SC2 chuck?

@16:12 why use oil over EEE @15:40 sanding wax , surely the oil won't penetrate

Hi Alf, thank you for your comment. EEE Ultra shine and Aussie Oil are both U-Beaut products and they are designed to complement each other. Any type of oil can be used over the top of EEE or it can be used as a finish on its own. Because Aussie Oil comes with its own thinners in the bottle, when you shake it vigorously, it helps thin the oil so that it penetrates deeper into the wood rather than just sit on the surface. When the work is burnished with a cloth the heat that is generated evaporates the thinners and the oil goes hard leaving a glossy finish. Hope this helps. Best Wishes, Record Power.
