Sisu Nasu! Love that vehicle. I drove Nasu for 6 months 24/7 day/night in Finnish Defence Forces. It's just extremely capable machine to transport crew and heavy equipment through snow, swamps, lakes, rivers, to top of mountains - you name it. With those 4 pulling tracks and light weight there's nothing that can beat it's traction and light pressure per square foot. Great to see that thing in action!

Heavy D, funny story. Yesterday I got off the freeway and there was this HUGE widebody Raptor next to me. I was going to turn to my house but decided to wash my truck. After the wash, I was in traffic waiting to turn right by Nielsons frozen custard. I saw the Raptor again! I was like, "ah sweet, I gotta see what kind of guy can build a Raptor like that." It started backing up and I was like, awesome. Manly beard. Props. The driver turned their head to back out, and I was like HOLY CRAP ITS HEAVY D! 👍 👍 I wanted to say hi, but also didn't want to bug you too. My wife and I are big fans and love what you guys do! The Bv 206 is referred to as a Small Unit Support Vehicle (SUSV) pronounced "susvee" in United States service. U.S. military variants include the standard model (M973), a tactical operations center variant (M1065), an ambulance variant (M1066) and a flat-bed cargo carrier (M1067). U.S. military models are fitted with a 6-cylinder Mercedes diesel engine. I drove one for awhile while in the 6thINF(LT) at Ft.Richardson, AK
@jyrisalmi41733 жыл бұрын
Bandvagn Bv206 is the similar vehicle of Swedish origin, manufactured by Hägglunds. This Sisu NaSu is similar vehicle by appearance, indeed, but of neighbouring Finland origin made by Sisu Trucks. Commonalities are indisputable, though. Finnish army did aquire those original Swedish ones back in the days, and based on driver feedback told Sisu to develop an improved version.
