I know you can fight to put one foot in the other, work on your mental health, love your family and fight this addiction. Stay strong norm i feel your pain keep your head up. You have the presence of mind to obtain everything you deserve. And you deserve better. We deserve better even tho its a battle to live with our mistakes we are still here and we are still pushing.

He is so hard on himself.. quite possibly that's why he started smoking in the first place.. he holds himself at such a higher standard which is much higher than was expected of a human.. maybe Norm forgets that he is merely human and that's it that's all...... Nevertheless I'm still proud of him I hope he finds what works for him and lightens up a little bit on himself and I'm so so sorry for the loss of his sister and such a tragic way 🙏🙏 ♥️ Damn Norm.......give yourself a big hug or take this one 🤗.......,much love to you🙏

There’s Norman!!!! I’ve been thinking of him!! Glad to see him back, of course I wish it was a different update, but I’m glad to see him alive and back to interviewing. Oh Norman rock those Christmas socks! There’s Christmas in July, so screw it... have Christmas in March! If your feet are warm, it doesn’t matter what’s on the socks. I’m very sorry to hear of your sister ((hugs)). It’s ok to mourn, to be sad. Although it’s very important to continue on, to pick yourself up and find the courage & strength to try again. 💙✝️🙏🏻

I’ve watched a ton of your work, Mark... absolutely raw, brilliant, heartbreaking and overwhelming. But every now and again this amazing gem of a human shines for all to see. Norman touched me to my core. Such an open and honest person. Thank you for the inspiration!!

You can do it. I still believe in you. We all have set backs the thing is that as long as you have breath in your body you have another chance to start over. Keep going no matter what use that wherewithal you taught me about. You still have it, use it. If no one told you I love you , I do and I'm so proud of you for coming forward.

Something Jesus taught me early on is when you fall, get back up and keep walking towards Him. God bless you Norman... you're in my prayers! God is Faithful. He will finish the good work He started in you! ❤

@Jman 7 stay in the fight! We have decades of learned behavior and running to drugs to cope that we have to UNlearn... when we fall get up and run to Jesus! The power you need to overcome is found in drawing near to HIM!
