Brianna I was at the show the night the accident happened and saw it clearly. I was in the front row and here is what I saw: He was carrying you under his arm and you were parallel to the ice. It looked like he stumbled or his skate caught something on the ice and he fell forward which caused you to fall but instead of falling completely parallel you actually fell at a slight angle and your head hit the ice first. That night I told my wife “she has a concussion”. I also told her that you need to have an MRI just as soon as we got back to Miami. I was surprised that did not happen. I actually posted a comment on one of Jordan’s videos because I was concerned about you and I didn’t know you had a channel. I recommend that you insist on an MRI so you can be 100% certain their is no issue. Do not be in a hurry to get back in the show. Heal and make sure you are 100%. @ there was a few minutes where the crowd was REALLY worried - she appeared to be unconscious for a period of time - then there was a group of staff around her and we couldn’t tell what was going on - eventually she was conscious and was carried off the ice

Thanks for the explanation of what you witnessed! I’ve since seen the video of the fall, but I didn’t want to watch until I was back on the ice and feeling confident in my skating. Unfortunately accidents occasionally happen on the ice even when we do our best to prevent them. When I was on the ice I forgot there was even an audience around me for a bit. The next day I was thinking it must have been really hard for everyone watching to witness. I hope you enjoyed the show regardless! Aww, Brianna! I was wondering why I didn't see you in the show when we sailed November 25th. I did talk to Jordan onboard and she explained. And as others already stated, I always hold my breath during shows when you are being flipped around or when your head gets swung towards the ice! I saw Gleb too, and it sounds like all of you are overall feeling the effects of so many shows. I'm glad you're OK and hope to see you perform on a ship again one day! ❤

I am so glad you are okay. I work as the equivalent of a physio in the US (athletic trainer) and have been for over 30 years. Concussions (Traumatic Brain Injuries) are very serious no matter the sport. I am very glad you were able to talk to your physio back home and start some activity with your treatment plan. Keep up the good work and hopefully sometime I will get to see you perform live at some point in time as I cruise RC as frequently as I can.

I am sooo sorry this happened to you! I don't think you realize how brave and strong you are to keep going after a fall. I hold my breath every time I see the lifts and omg when she leaped into the arms of her cast members that is such an impressive thing to do because it would be tragic if there is a fall. So happy to see that you posted. I got my first ever concussion ice skating when I was 5 yrs old. My Dr recommended lots of rest, cuddles with my teddy bear and ice cream lol. So glad to see you’re okay and back on the ice performing. Much love to you ❤

Oh wow! A different way to do a "headbanger!" Brianna, I'm so happy to see you recovered and were able to get back to doing what you love pretty quickly. I've fallen quite a bit on the ice but not from up in the air. When I was a kid Mom&Dad would take me to the ice show that toured around Christmas and I remember a pairs team doing a toss and spin and it happened so fast but the boy caught her blade across his face. The spots went black immediately and they got off the ice on their own but I never knew how the guy did. Skating can be dangerous but y'all make it look so beautiful and elegant that it's easy to forget that.

Oh Brianna, I’m so sorry this happened to you. Concussions can be so scary, and as I sure you know they can be so serious. I’m an Occupational Therapist who has worked with a lot of folks recovering from concussions. Please know your emotions are normal and all part of your brain healing. Oh no Brianna! So sorry this happened to you! 😢 Falls during lifts can be scary stuff. Seen a few in my time, unfortunately 😕. I've had a couple of bad accidents in shows, including giving myself a hairline fracture in my spine, and a blood clot the size of a golf ball on my knee (amongst other things!)
