I saw saw a picture of myself at an amusement park. I wanted to go die in a corner when i saw my arms and the bat wings. I had never really noticed them before. I was devastated, not sure why. I called my PS and scheduled my consult and surgery. Waiting until February since i have had three in the last ten months. Your videos habe been invaluable to me during this process. Thank you.

I am 5 weeks post extended lift (genetically large arms that were stubborn to weight loss) with my backlift and BBL. The recovery is real but so worth it! Compression garments helps so much with swelling

My biggest concern was the hanging flap of skin from elbow to arm pit. I got my bilateral brachioplasty 10 days ago and my scar placement is only seen from the rear. I'd actually prefer that because I hear the scar is less likely to widen there 😊

I'm having a arm lift in two weeks also a Breast lift , was also going to have a tummy tuck but was told I didn't have enough lose skin &my BMI needed to under 30 , but with my arms just hoping they don't rip open before they heal.

My biggest concern is the scar. I had total replacement on both knees and my scar is barely visible. I would love that with my arms. He used to derma bond type product instead of stitches and my scars are virtually impossible to detect.

Why doesn't insurance cover it when it's part of your weight loss journey so like the thigh lift problem areas from aftermath fat left over?

Private health insurance will cover procedures that come with MBS Medicare item numbers depending on each patients fund and level of cover. It is always best to call your health fund to check on the item numbers they are covering you for.

Thank you for your question. I have not had any feedback from patients that they are struggling with this aspect. You are able to move your arms and wipe after. There will be some discomfort after surgery. Dr Beldholm

My under arms look like bat wings & wiggle. I lost 50 lbs and I hate my arms. I'm very self-conscience and will not wear a sleeveless top or dress. My grandson poked by arms and laughed when they wiggled.
