You probably won't see this, but when you do heal your lower back (I believe in you, I think you can do this), then make sure to do core strengthening exercises and lower back strengthening exercises. The core doesn't just consist of the abdominal muscles if you didnt know, if you want to know more about that then just tell me and I'll explain it further detail but for now, just stick to what I'm saying. The best 2 lower exercises, in my opinion, are back extensions and reverse hyperextensions. Do these bodyweight. it's enough, trust me. I hope this helps

The best way to keep a low back from being injured is to bend at the hips using the “one hinge rule” and not bending and lifting from the lumbar spine.

Great to see things are starting to improve. It won’t be long before you’re back training- Don’t lose sight of that. Glad we could help 👍 Mid Suffolk Physiotherapy

Love your videos! Stay smart & keep your head up. I’m on the same boat as you. I’m about 6 weeks out from my fight and got an injury last week. Had to stop training for the week & ultimately when I felt like I could train towards the end of the week I slightly forced it & probably wasn’t the best decision. Speedy recovery!

I think if you walk like 30 minutes per day, it may help with your back. Walking is always good. Edit: I just saw at the end that you walk, good !!

I suffered from severe back pain and what helped me was buying a standing desk (I work from home), anti-fatigue support and stretching every day, I am an amateur boxer and what I said helped me overcome my back pain

I guess I had the same back pain as you, from 1 day to another I had so much pain for 2 weeks straight, and after it I never had any back issue, but they told me it was a hernia, which it isn´t after doing research, after the recovery I saw my right hip is very weak compared to the other side, which was strange because I excercise a lot all my life in mostly running sports and I never noticed it, but it won´t suprise me the imbalance of my body is the reason something snapped, maybe you have the same problem, good luck with the recovery

Boxed all my life. Now an amateur coach along with judge. I suffer with back issues, the best pain killer you can get now are Naproxen from the doctors. Also slather a load of ibuprofen gel on your back. And finally, get a hot water bottle on it asap. And avoid cold weather, your back needs warmth, rest and naproxen and ibuprofen gel.
@wicked-witch-of-the-westАй бұрын
Also you can still train on Naproxen, it won't make you drowsy. But it is the number one pain killer for muscular issues. Stay in the warm, use the gel, use the hot water bottle and rest my son.
