नमस्ते मैडम जी,, मेरे पिता जी ने एक लखनऊ में एक प्राइवेट डीलर से जमीन ली थी,,और 12 लाख 50 हज़ार दे दिया गया था।समय पर ज़मीन न देने की वजह से उसे कहा गया कि आप पैसा वापस कर दो,उसने कहा कि original पेपर जमा कीजिये तभी पैसे वापसी का process आगे बढ़ेगा,,,सारे पेपर जमा कराने के बाद वो आज कल करते हुए 7 साल हो गए हैं।इसी बीच वो 6 महीने जेल में भी रहा,,उस पर बलिया जिले से धोखाधड़ी का क्रिमिनल केस भी दर्ज है। लेकिन recovery के लिए suit दाखिल करना बाकी है। उसके एजेंट कहते हैं कि ज़मीन ले लीजिए,,वो पैसा नही देगा,,और उसकी सारी ज़मीन विवादित हैं,,,,।।ऐसे में पैसा लेना ही उचित है। लेकिन उसके एजेंट ये भी कहते हैं कि वो खुद को दिवालिया घोषित कर लेगा तो आप पैसा कैसे लेंगे ?? इसी बात से बहुत परेशान हूँ मैडम जी,, उचित मार्गदर्शन कीजिये

Ma'am, 2 years ago the accused was convicted in 138 act. The judgment passed was 2 yrs jail and to pay double the amount to be paid. He has filed an appeal but has not deposited 20% of the amt as per law. And has not attended for any hearing. What can be done in this matter.
