If person has done signature then you have right to fill the cheque, there is no problem , Section 139 presumption is in your favour. Security ka koi proof hai ?

Madam, 1 Supreme court ka judgement ha....lakin mara pas kis case ka case number nahi ha....! aap ka pase ayasa kaye judgement ha to please boliya ga....mara bahat jaru jat ha.... 1) jisma Hon'ble Apex court na balatha ki us-251 crpc ka time pa hi pura case ka defence ACCUSED ko bata na para ga, nahi to bala gaya ha tha, bad ma cross examination ka time ma defence nahi liya ja sakta." 2) plading ka bahar vi koye defence nahi liya ja sakta ha... NB:- a judgement sayad 2021/2020 ka ha... Please help me...ayager aap ka pas kaye ayasa judgement ha to

Mam aap kaun si judgements ki baat karti hain, mera bhi sec 138 ka hi case hai aur husband wife dono accused hain usmey lekin main aapko bata doon 4 saal honey ko hain wo dono court ki parwa tak nahin kartey jab ki kitney warrant issue ho chukey hain ab tak ,but they dont care at all . Inkey case mein to judiciary bhi fail ho gayi hai ,kisi conclusion par pahaunchna to badi door ki baat hai .

Mam mera sec 138 ka case hai. I am complaintant. Magistrate court given decesion in my favour. But secession court given decesion against me. Now i applied in High court appeal against acquittal. I have given many proof. Bank passbook, promissory note, My income source. My wifes income source. We are private job holder. Also agriculture income. Secession court following points find out. Income tax return not file. Income source not shown. Money given from wife's account. If someone is salaries then not necessarily maintain books of accounts. Agriculture income is tax free. Bank passbook entry not verify by court. Magistrate court consider my bank passbook, agriculture documents, witness, registered promissory note. Income source wife and my salary slips. But secession court not considered. Can you give reply this query.
