Dr how much chances of nerve injury ,large and small blood vessel injury .and ligament or meniscus or breaking of bone or implant during surgery or loosening or cloting in lungs or anywhere or infection plz do reply ?bcz I have a great fear for surgery due to these reasons

Go for it if you need. Nerve and vessels injury are rare during TKR. I have experience of around 1000 such surgeries and never seen such complications.
