I have been making lifestyle changes for 3 years with no period but my last ultrasound showed many follicules. I just went really all in 10 days ago and I was scared it would take veeeeery long but I’m a bit reassured and motivated now ! Even though I’m still rather lean (1m67 50 kg)… I hope it won’t be too long… thanks a lot for your content ❤️

Yay! Remember follicles can start growth but slow and eventually disappear if you don't keep pushing!

Hi I have a question I have had an ed for the past 4 years (since 2020)I’ve been in and out of recovery…. I was 39kg then I got up to 50kg relapsed got done to 40kg then back up to 63kg which is what I am now and have been since February I’m eating 2000 calories and only light walks for exercise and haven’t had a period since January 2020 but my question is if I take the pill to get my period even if it’s a fake period is there more of a chance to get pregnant
