I'm a follower of Bruce. I've never struggled with any thing that required recovery BUT I want to say, this is exactly what Bruce teaches to EVERYONE. It's not tailored to those in recovery which makes it even more relevant. It can help EVERYONE at all times in every demographic, struggle, aspirations and desires. The growth we seek in any area of life can be achieved using what he's told us here. Its wonderful and if needed, listen over and over so you thoroughly understand and can reach the highest and best part of you! Thank you for this opportunity. Its such clear teaching and helping too.

I’ve been in recovery for seven years and it was in recovery that I discovered Dr Bruce, Dr joe and Gregg Braden, and they changed my world. I refer to AA as my spiritual kindergarten, it opened a door and made me want more. So I went looking and discovered these amazing men. Thank you 🙏 tommy Rosen 💕

I have learned a lot from repetition and reading their books. You really have to work on the subconscious to make any changes. It really helped me with my addictions. I realized that I am not my addiction, it is just my experience and that I can change. Just know that you are more than your body and your thought create your life. Observe your thoughts and create what you want.

Thank you for uploading. I started using marijuana at 16 for kicks or possibly some emotional stuff going on, and it only took me 50 years and a lot of mistakes and impacts to my life and marriage that got ruined due to drug use to understand the level of addiction that exists and most importantly; to attain through Jesus Christ the internal strength to just.... stop... it is day 2 and though I have had many day 2s and always relapsed, all I know is that stopping and taking control of this 800 lbs gorilla was the best thing I have done so far in 2022.

Everyone....please be mindful of the fact that not everyone has in their life a physical person to be in love or fall in love with. The 'honeymoon' affect does not necessarily have to include a person - although you are blessed if that is the case. ***In one of his video's Dr. Lipton said one can get the 'honeymoon affect', (I'm paraphrasing) one can fall in love with their passions, i.e., the love of painting, gardening, traveling, nature, skiing, sailing, inventing things, even their job, anything that keeps the mind in a 'now moment' and not defaulting to the subconscious programmed thoughts*** This way one is re-programming and over-writing the old program. Not easy to be in a 'now' moment at all times but is doable with practice. Practice leads to perfection.

He rarely interrupted the guest while he was talking. That's great. He let the guest drew out all that's in his head without interruptions. That way we, and Tommy, got all the ideas continuously flew in to my head with out drifting them here and there, that are usually created by the interviewers when they ask, their own minds' plenty of questions! Thank you Tommy, I 've enjoyed this meeting bcs of you in first place, and by the lovely personality of Dr. Bruce and the way he delivered the subject to us, Thank you so much🙏🍀! 👏👏👏

Hi I really appreciate this video. I love Bruce Lipton been following him the last 6 years. I am clean and sober for 29 years now free of drug and alcohol. I would like to give my opinion on the 12 steps as I have been working them for 29 years. I believe that the four and five steps is doing an inventory on ourselves, calling ourselves on some behaviours we want to change or a behaviour that someone called us on and we look at it with a magnify glass if you know what I mean. Then 6 and 7 love them steps too which are looking at the behaviours that we will clearly let go we become willing. Step 11 makes us conscious of the behaviours in the moment and I am able to change my behaviour on a daily basis in the moment. Joe dispenza's meditations Has Changed Me on a deep level and brought me to her beautiful higher power in my life. I fought a cancer very aggressive I had one year to live in 2014 Hallelujah I'm still alive, I had to do a major inventory I became willing ones again to change 🙂. I started to follow Tommy breathing and some of the yoga I want to thank you all for your knowledge and pass it on to us thank you thank you thank you

Recovery 2.0 thanks tommy I will try & locate it. All makes complete sense I grow up around drink every day since birth. Then got into the whole escape reality life style myself.Until I hit bottom.Anybody recovering from anything addictive are the most strongest people on this planet. Because behind every addiction is a frightful girl/boy...in pain.Until we go to that pain and face it.As the saying goes we have to feel it to heal it. Learn to re-parent and go within! All we seek is inside we just have to be brave enough to lean in.Rewire the subconscious mind, create new habits, live in the moment and self love (I had no idea what that was) practise gratitude and look for the light. We can over come anything through the power of the mind. Massive respect ✊ for putting this out there & the biggest congratulations for Getting to where you are today.I know the tears, guts, blood & sweat it took to get on the path of self discovery You rock Warmest of regards from the uk 🇬🇧 Paula

Your contribution is ofcourse brilliant ! Sorts out a lot of one’s life . But this is where I got stuck . If my programming is inherited I have even lesser control over my conscious mind . Makes it all even much more challenging….Can you help out please …

* Balancing the energy in the body with emotional distress to reprogram doesn't need to cost a grand $$$$. Tapping, EFT, Heart Math, Psych-K .....Utilizing the human compass is natural and free. However, being taught is fought. The negativity (fear from the mind/heart/programming, AKA socialization) tells us when to feel, see, smell, hear, (imagine) as though you already have the thing you want ....as thou you already have it. Theres no need for theta, reprogramming like suggested if we pay attention and practice the natural god giving compass. Try and see.....

I’ve been slowly tapering off Klonopin for 3 years and it’s so painful physically & mentally that I have to hold or sometimes updose just to keep myself from giving up entirely.

Robin Elliott you are absolutely correct Robin. The first thing that has to happen here is to detox the physical body off of Benzos. It is hard and painful but with correct medical supervision, meaning a very conscious physician, it can be done. And then you will be more able to address the subconscious programming as Dr. Lipton has described. I believe in you and am rooting for you. Love, -Tommy

In my experience and in working with people its a complex issue. Your body is physically responding but your mind can quickly reprogram if you know how. It's about recalibrating to homeostasis. This is what I use hypnosis for in my practice.

It can’t be stopped. You need to accept that the cravings Will be there for a while.

Question: If someone gets good 'feelings' from hurting others how can the receiver 'feel' good??? Of course moving away helps but that is forced.

First, it depends on what they are doing to hurt a person. Some things can never be allowed, such as physical violence or any threatening gestures. Each person handles this different, some people might call the cops while someone else might stab them, shoot them or put voodoo on them. For other petty things you can either stay away from that animal or you can change your perspective of what it is they do. Start by asking yourself why it bothers you? If you can change your perspective you'll beat them every time because over time they become nothing to you. You'll begin to see them as pathetic or silly. You may even wish them well, in spite, which will only strengthen you and make you a better person. By managing your perspective you'll always able to replace their nuisance behavior with something positive & meaningful. These types of people are pathetic and once you understand that they are miserable you'll learn to nurture and protect yourself.

This so interesting! I wonder if drugs shut down your subconscious? That's why people stop moving...?

It shuts down ur brain then ur mind, and when the mind slows down, u will not try to reprogram ur subconscious through ur mind, the programs will stay in ur subconscious mind

#Heavenonearth. Are you being or doing your own behaviour based on your desires or wishes or based on others, your friends, family etc etc. We should learn to act our behaviour based on ours and not other people.

The unfortunate thing about the twelve step programs is they tell a person they are totally defective and program them to be defective. That if they drink again they are doomed...for me the first drink is like Russian roulette. I found that to be a strange statement at 45:00 minutes. This is my second video of recovery 2.0 and I'm not sure what to make of that statement. It's not my intent to bash but to me making light of the seriousness of taking a drink can be deadly.
