I remember discovering this concept as a kid; i just couldn't explain it. I remember sitting on my bed saying to myself over and over "I have a headache". About ten minutes later, i had an actual headache. I was blown away. My reason was to skip school but i sure did learn something that day. It's our mindset, our self talk. I've told so many people about this and they just chose to be miserable anyway.

"Just" came to say "yep, it really does work" & a few words more. I knew it deep inside since hmmm always, at least 50+ years in this vehicle, that is :) So really don't have to change much, only my anger against the monetary system has been an issue since mid 70's and totally took over my thoughts, specially in the last 2-3 years. Constantly complaining to myself out loud even(at least I've been a so called single for 6 years :D ;) I finally stopped when I met Joe Dispenza & Bruce Lipton and MANY more after them, but it's only 2 month ago & I feel much much better, following the formula as much as humanly possible and my body started healing slowly but surely. I have a ton of pains all over, broken bones that never got fixed properly, because I never use doctors/hospitals, only for stitches :P :D Hard to do by yourself, specially with one hand. LOL Wish you all all the best PL& H

Skillful interviewer. This explains why as a teenager I wasted dozens of hours repeating affirmations, which made zero difference to my life. Interesting what he said about Theta brainwaves. There are several Theta meditations on KZbin, so I guess that would be another alternative. I think the last five minutes of the interview were very important. You have to examine and bring into the conscious light, limiting beliefs and concepts that you have, otherwise they will sabotage your efforts. Fine video and presentation. A lot to like about Bruce Lipton.

Thinking about the story of Jacob/Israel while he was tending Laban's sheep. He made a deal with Laban that Laban would keep all of his "flawless sheep" and Jacob would keep all of the stripped and spotted sheep. Jacob began putting up reeds with spots and stripes in front of the sheep while they mated and he believed that as the sheep looked on those striped and spotted things in front, they would reproduce those characteristics, and so they did. Before long, he was prospering in sheep more than Laban. The prophet Jeremiah uses the phrase. "the fruit of your thoughts".

This can be done with growths in your body. Every day you see it/them shrinking a little while you feel stronger by the day. If you believe it, your body believes it and your doctor will ask you, "What have you been taking?" " Keep on doing whatever it is you're doing!"

The reason I stopped going to these doctors like the gynecologists, they would keep telling me i have abnormal cells on my pop tests but never did anything or sometimes were giving me creams etc. i stopped going to them because i felt like they were just diagnosing for the sake of diagnosing. I haven’t seen a gynecologist in about 18 years and i am healthy but their constant diagnosis would make me think there was something wrong with me. In my mind i am very healthy and that’s a mindset that has worked for me….i am now in my late 60’s and healthier than most people not only my age but younger. No medication no doctor visits. Big pharma hates people like me because they don’t make a penny off of me. I am my own doctor because we do heal ourselves, not the doctors or medications.

Reality is what you feel. I think it's much better to generate the feeling of having, doing or being what you want as if you already have it, than recording it and listening to it and even better than saying it or thinking it. No self-hypnosis or self convincing is needed, just repetition. If for example you feel guilty, generate repeatedly the feeling that you are forgiven and then that you forgive yourself. Just generate the feeling of what you want to achieve or believe as intensely as possible, but don't forget to resolve any inner emotional or psychological conflict you have in relation to what you want, for otherwise the conflict charge will make it harder to get what you want. For example, if you can't forgive yourself, you might have a conflict with yourself, which you would reduce by identifying and repeatedly feeling the perception of conflict. In fact, it is the perception of conflict, and specifically the stress and resistance it produces, that which makes us feel that something is problematic, hard to get or achieve, as that perception sits at the semiconscious level of awareness producing stress until it is consciously felt, repeatedly if necessary, for the conflict charge to dissipate. The emotional-conflict charge as well as the traumatic charge associated with unpleasant perceptions is stored in the subconscious mind, as its function is to alert the mind of a problem and injury or possible injury, and so by repeatedly feeling such perceptions deliberately in the absence of the stressor causing the conflict the charge is gradually released, until the perception no longer feels conflictive or traumatic. So, simply by deliberately feeling a perception of conflict, one reduces the associated stress and resistance, and by deliberately feeling an unpleasant perception as is, one reduces the associated emotional pain and discomfort.
I will be glad to have this question answered. In affirmation, is it ideal to affirm two goals at a time for instance " I'm healthy" and " I'm rich " Or is it better to focus on a goal at a time ?
@BeesWaxMinder3 жыл бұрын
Unless you feel instinctively that it’s not right for you to do it then there’s no harm in doing more than one goal but the important thing is, for example “ say “I will be rich“ Rather than I hate being poor 0R I no longer want to be poor all that kind of thing It’s better to say “I’m healthy” than to say you don’t want to be ill
@Mr.Honest2473 жыл бұрын
If you’re thinking 60,000-70,000 thoughts per day and your subconscious mind is absorbing those reinforcing those habits of thought, then I don’t see why multiple affirmations or phrases would be too much for the subconscious mind. One thing to ALWAYS REMEMBER is you get what you believe. So if you believe that your subconscious mind can’t handle more than one affirmation despite handling 60,000-70,000 thoughts per day then it won’t handle it. Beliefs are everything!

No disrespect to this Podcast in their knowledge but there's an element that is not discussed whatsoever. You can't get healthy if you don't resolve unresolved grief and trauma. A lot of people just don't realize how sad they are and how much they really have not had a chance to mourn things. You can't just put those things aside and say oh I want to be healthy oh I want a relationship. It doesn't work like that. If you are going to reprogram yourself you have to start at the activating emotional events that anchor us in the past and correlate that with the stage of development that we got stuck. You have to grow yourself up and you have to clean up the mess and take responsibility for the messes that other people left inside of you. If you don't consciously recognize that from your past then you can't grieve it entirely resolve it and move forward.

It’s the emotion. Dr. Joe Dispenza teaches this. This goes for positive thoughts as well. Part of the formula is to add emotion to the thought. This seems to work more with negative thoughts because those accompanying emotions are usually quite strong and linger on.
