I love your cooking videos, they're some of my favorites you do! I think it's awesome that you try new things and aren't afraid to show us the hits and misses. A couple of suggestions from someone who bakes: the pans you're using are springform, meant more for cheesecakes. A solid cake pan will prevent the leaks. Ovens often have a hotter side so you can switch the cake pans half way for more even baking. The chocolate likely seized up because your temp was too high (melt on low and take your time), or another substance likely water got introduced. You can try to save it by adding just a bit of vegetable or coconut oil. 😀 Would love to see more book/movie cooking videos! Hunger Games? Game of Thrones? 🙂
