It's exciting every time y'all show a single section Sunday because y'all keep getting better n better! That copper roof is stunning with all the white, love the tortoise brown porch. I love those windows below the transoms. And they actually open, absolute upgrade! I prefer the vent hood than the microwave over the stove. I love the sink and dishwasher on the island! I love that style of sink and the nice high end faucet, that type looks the best! I love a 2 bedroom 2 bath!!!! And it's genius to put the side by side washer n dryer in the guest bathroom, I love that!! And ya'll did not skimp on the beautiful shower tile in BOTH bathrooms!! I love that shine that the tile has, gorgeous!!! And the master bedroom, again with those beautiful windows that open and you left plenty of space for a big daddy tv (min 55") for watching our sports!!! Thank you for listening!!! Thank you for not matching kitchen tile to the bathroom tile!! Thank you!!! And that flooring is stellar!!!It really adds some elegance to all the white cabinets. Thank you for changing it up!! Mr Tiny, don't ever apologize for the wind at the beginning of the videos because if people are paying attention they will notice that once your inside, it's totally quiet!! Love it!!! Favorite feature was the laundry hidden in the guest bathroom! Plus the colors used was a 👨‍🍳💋 to the home! The only thing missing is a light feature in the owners closet, that area is huge but there's no light. It's the small things, ya know? I gotta say, this is probably my favorite home shown on this channel, EVER. The layout is great, the countertops are perfect, that bathroom tile is gorgeous. The only thing I would change at all, is I would replace one of the showers for a tub and ceramic sink in the kitchen. (I completely hate stainless)

$123,000 for today is such a deal!!!! 50 year siding, 30 year for deck and roof, 2 bedroom 2 bath, with laundry area. 16ft. Wide 68 long. With dishwasher. This tour was so awesome. And yes I seriously doubt there is a manufacturer west of the rio grande especially all the way to California that could match this beautiful home at this great price!!!!!!!

Excellent floor plan, for my needs. The style & decor (esp tiling) is really tasteful. I’d prefer lighter flooring (maple, white oak, etc) & silver appliances. I know some ceiling vaults would have to go, but I’d also love a loft. That would make this unit perfect for me. 😊

I love this design. I think it's one of the best I've seen. The bathrooms are beautiful. I love the kitchen, and that there is still plenty of room for your living space. If I could have two additional things it would be a soaking tub in the owner's suite with the shower, and a place for some extra storage, say for Christmas decorations, etc, maybe on the outside of the house under the deck or something, but all in all perfection!

This is a wonderful option I love a lot about this house. I love the kitchen and there's adequate space in the living room and having two bedrooms and two baths is really helpful and still having it condensed in a small space. My only consideration I realize is a very personal one for me which a lot of people may not agree with but I truly do not like the laundry room in the second bathroom. That to me is a horrible place for it that would work very poorly for doing laundry and I just don't think I want it in my bathroom. But other than that absolutely love it and to each his own right❤

Love this home. A few changes I would make: black metal roof, black trim windows, gray cabinets, no sink on the island, stainless steel appliances, and tile on the shower floors. It would be perfect for me if those changes were made. Almost forgot - I would put the entry door on the side of the house instead of where it is now. Just a personal preference.
