Insightful !! Could you explain apart from experience which factors impacts the most in getting a top paying salary job in consulting engineering industry or in general to start big without being stuck in average salary roles ? Also which kind of companies would be better pick for such a situation...

So in general, the top tier companies in every industry tend to pay the most. So how do you get a job at those top companies? Usually they like to hire from other top companies or other companies that are in the "second tier", right below. So you should aim to move from company to company with better brand recognition and pay. Like when i worked in mgmt consulting, the Big 3 would hire from the Big 4 even though Big 4 is considered 2nd tier.
