Thanks for the video Ben, looking at the market now do you still feel these are good tools? I was using indeed initially, and started getting bad leads and switched to zip recruiter and have noticed a difference. I look forward to hearing your feedback. Thanks

How do you send out invoices? Which software do you use? Simply by writing email or you generate it with a help of a software?
@BenNader4 жыл бұрын
I utilize an accounting software that generates invoices super fast and easy into PDF's that then get emailed to the client.

Does Indeed integrate with crelate or do you hv to constantly go outside of crelate to search resumes? Also dont you hv to pay for career builder for crelate to be able to post jobs on there?

Does anyone know how to get around Indeed needing a utility bill, tax permit and a business license? I am just a freelancer and haven't turned my recruiting into a "business" yet.
@BenNader4 жыл бұрын
There's no way to do it, just bit the bullet and get an LLC, being a sole proprietor / free lancer screws you on taxes anyways.

Hey Ben. Do you use Crelate for client outreach too? I gave Crelate a shot, and it seems like it would be really good for actually managing and servicing clients as an ATS, but I didn’t like it as a CRM to generate leads from cold contacts to actually being clients.
@BenNader5 жыл бұрын
I'm a former Crelate user and was using it mainly for just managing candidates and where they were in the process, so more like an ATS type deal, but I'm going to be using something different soon.

My Key Tool List: - ATS: CATS Software - CRM: Hubspot & Contactually - Linkedin Sales Navigator - Zoominfo - one of the best / most accurate contact databases available - Indeed - for Job Post - Careerbuilder - for Resume Search - SeekOut & SignalHire - for sourcing/personal emails
@BenNader5 жыл бұрын
That's a good list right there. That'll build a 6 figure agency easily. Low investment as well. Minus zoom info lmao (which I have)
@1cybersleuth5 жыл бұрын
Ben Nader yeah... it adds up. I’ve thought about dropping CB, but the RecruitersEdge makes it so easy to grab some low hanging fruit. Love the zoominfo for bd. I also use LI automation and email marketing platforms. Not using half my tools... really need to scale back.

Do a super tight analysis on what you're using THAT ACTUALLY CONTRIBUTES TO MONEY MAKING, also put things in a category of things that you can RE-CREATE FOR FREE, for instance, sometimes I'll get a random client, write down their JD on a word file, reference it that way and keep a list of their candidates on an apple note, cross them off when they get axed from the interview process until someone gets hired, zero money spent minus some ads, and done.
