My son is done there with friends and they were on Jackson Square around midnight. This morning he learned that there were two IED’s in Jackson Square! Thank God they didn’t go off!

It has to do with manpower for law enforcement. So many officers are assigned to this terrorist attack and that would leave less for the game

@treywilliams5400 I understand, however we are Americans and people realize that we are in danger every day. The police can't protect us, so if people want to see a game it really doesn't matter how many police are there. These attacks are only going to get worse. Now people probably died in Chicago on New years but where is that in the news? I really understand what y'all are saying. Go Dawgs. 🇺🇲

@treywilliams5400 p.s. Why are local police even being paid from taxpayers money to protect an event that some people don't care about? That isn't their job, the people who own the venue and the sports teams should pay for the security.
