What do you mean by best version? There is only one version. There are different LH fingerings. If you know more than 1 version, I'll be delighted to know. 😂 There is also one with interpolated tremolo, by Stepan Rak.

Lovely playing! So it would seem.. as it is a shame the sound was recorded in a completely different room, its too obvious then at the end it's a dead giveaway c'mon!.
@tomasguitars7 жыл бұрын
yes...admit I am confused. Trees and open air don't reverb, esp. in cold weather. But the production effort in the end is beautiful. Would be good if explained...

I haven't heard a better version of this piece. It was recorded in a studio. There is no way on earth that this is being recorded outside in the snow.

It has huge amount of reverb added, which probably helps. But it is excellent playing as well. Marten Falk also does a good version. I'm not sure which I prefer, but these are my two favourite versions.

@van19764 жыл бұрын
@@KenLohwh I'm brushing up on Ruecuerdos and Tremolo as we speak--I've been spending some time with the metronome, back to the basics -start tremolo slow and move my way up "one click at a time"...it's taking a while but I could actually do Recuerdos start to finish, but not not very well...but I would like to make "well"---maybe sooner than later...if I do, I will post it.
@KenLohwh4 жыл бұрын
@@van1976 , I'm glad you have made much progress. My current problem with my playing is that my right-hand i-m-a fingers brush other strings instead of only the one being attacked. I am practising with staccato (Pennants') now which seems to help my fingers from flying all over.

I have one question: how do you get such an extremely legato tremolo? Please Enno, tell us your secret! :)

Practice, practice, and more practice. And a huge amount of natural talent... He probably plays guitar for anywhere between 6 and 10 hours a day. If not more.

serious question, the guy is presumably playing outdoors in the snow, but the reverb is piled on so thick it sounds like the sound is bouncing off a cathedral wall. So is he air playing or is the the reverb added post-production?
@adelski6810 жыл бұрын
I agree - sounds to me like it was recorded in a room with a high ceiling. Lovely though!
@stonentree447910 жыл бұрын
I think there is no way possible to get that sound in the environment. It was probably done just like your standard pop video. Sound is recorded in a studio and then the perfomer(s) 'air guitar' to the recording during the filming session. I think there is a bit too much reverb in this recording. Great playing though.

My personal favorite interpretation of Recuerdos de la Alhambra. 3:52-3:60 is where the magic happens. Props on the video! That must have been difficult, but it is a pleasure to watch and listen to.
@vincentdagostino87339 жыл бұрын
I really admire your alternate fingerings. It offers a very clean and 'rich' sound, and it takes away all the choppiness of hitting an open string twice in a row or playing all the tremolos on the second string then accidentally hitting the first string due to improper technique you sometimes see. I don't think that would be a problem just because your tremolos are so even. Good Job. A wonderful interpretation by someone who actually has the technical skill to execute it.
@francescoarzilli7 жыл бұрын
@aliasconference7 жыл бұрын
e dove sono le pause nello spartito?
@aliasconference7 жыл бұрын
io non ce le ho mai viste
@francescoarzilli7 жыл бұрын

@tomatesalillas93898 жыл бұрын
¡Saludos!
@davemanhere8 жыл бұрын
No creo.
