My son has had multiple infections mostly upper respiratory and otitis he’s only 26months old had over 18 courses of antibiotics the paediatrician tested his immune response it’s showed one antibody was low which was pneumococcal he the needed to have a booster vaccine but still getting recurrent infections and paediatrician said there is no need to re test for anything 😢

I too have immune deficiency because I habe recurrent infections (lung, sinus area). My Dr wants to prescribe me life long antibiotics. So I'm between two very difficult options. Destroy my digestive system, or scar my lung tissues. I live in Europe. And I honestly don't know what to do.
