I am a retired teacher and I think what you do is organized in a way to teach your audiences to do what you are showing us. If they think they are too long, maybe they need to stop watching. I think there are people who get joy out of picking apart anyone who is doing something they dont have the nerve or talent to do. You are a pleasure to watch while your creativity show itself. I truly enjoy watching and getting ideas from you. Choosing papers that will go with or not go with is an art and difficult for most. You show the process.

Does anyone else sit here and go "Oooh! Ooooh! Use that one!" when she's picking out background paper and embellishments? LOL! Vicky, I love your recycling card series. I love watching your design process and I feel like I learn so much about color and pattern and texture just by watching you. I hope you didn't change your format for the rest of this series - you're adorable, and so are your cards. I truly appreciate you sharing your time, talent and design decisions with us.

Vicky - I love your format. At least for my purposes - you are correct. Trying to determine how to use the card is the hardest part. You have really helped me see two and sometimes three cards in one. The half hour is great and I too am glad you don't use music. AND thanks for sharing Jennie's and my card weekend. We were so excited when you responded - it made our weekend all that much better!! To all of you out there - REMEMBER - it is not hoarding if you share!!! My family's motto. :)

I "discovered" these videos the first part of December. I had not done any Christmas cards and just the thought of pulling out everything and making some was daunting, to say the least. I am loving these. I love them so much that I am still watching them after Christmas and plan on watching the entire series, probably more than once. I like the length of them very much. When it is someone that I really enjoy, (such as yourself,) the longer, the better, at least for me. I am also going back and catching up on all your videos. A great Christmas present for myself. Thank you for letting us see into your creative process with the picking and choosing of papers, stickers, embellishments, etc. I feel like I am crafting with a friend. Hugs and many, many thanks again for sharing your crafting ideas with us.

You are not going to be able to please everyone, so keep up the good work. Keep sharing your ideas and the methods you use to create your cards. If the videos are to long for some, they can always watch half then save it ad return to watch the remainder at a later time.

Dear Vicky, I am one who loves your videos, and especially this series - it's my favourite. I hope you don't change anything! I like the length of the videos just as they are - I can watch and craft right along with you, even if I'm just die-cutting, etc. I don't always get the videos watched right away, and I don't always comment, but I eventually get to them and they are always a joy to watch! I don't know why anyone would want music added because I like to hear you talk and tell us about your thought process as you create, and the music would be distracting (for me). Great cards again this week - you are an inspiration to so many, including me! I enjoyed seeing how the two ladies were inspired, as well as the cute cards they made! I will be disappointed when/if this series ends, but when/if the time comes, I will re-watch your old videos in this series. I like to make non-religious holiday cards for charities (seniors in nursing homes, hospitalized children, etc.) so I like to make cards all year long - your video series has been so helpful with the inspiration. Thank you for your videos!!!

I like the format the way it is. I enjoy watching you "think", trying different papers and embellishments and your thought process making the decisions. As for the time/length, I will watch the majority of the video regardless. Sometimes I'll go forward just a bit here and there, like after you've decided on your layout and putting it together, jump ahead past all the glue gun part. Also skip ahead when you need to go off camera to find something. As for music, a no-no for me. If I want music I'll put on a music video, not a how-to-craft video. Hopefully I'll get caught up to the 2018 videos. LOL!
