My iPhone 4s is no longer working. The activation lock has popped up and the email is very old and it was from aol. When i signed in it says that the Apple ID is disabled for security reasons. I want to recover it but i have no longer access to this email including my other family who used this old email, we have no access. I want to remove the account so I took another step by connecting it to iTunes and trying to erase the account. Once it was erased and restored it started over from the beginning and the activation lock still pops up. I'm using a gmail account right now and my family currently use gmail because we have android phones coming back to iPhones and the iPhone that I had was a long Time so I cannot find the way to recover it so I am going to the kiosk to sell and recycle this iPhone because I don't need it. It is old, I'm saving money for the Galaxy Note 8. But the good thing is that I made my Apple ID but in my gmail account in case I buy an iPad or a Mac but I'll never going to buy An iPhone because I have been getting into problems with it so I feel comfortable with Samsung or android. I also have a Yahoo email but I don't use it and trying to deactivate it because I feel comfortable with gmail.
