One of my favourite videos...I’ve watched it several times. PLEASE do another video on how to create more cards from recycled papers. I can only imagine you’ve accumulated additional “pieces with potential” since you made this video, with which you can recycle. :-)

I am sooo inspired by your style and techniques! Such beautiful art not just here but throughout!! I love the way you let the mind go and let the art just happen. Even in doing these cards….trusting the process and letting go. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! You inspire me soooo much!!!

I used to cut up watercolors to create scenes for cards. So much fun. Sometime I added small glass beads on circles of fine wire. Your creations are inspiring ne to try this approach. Your fine line work is the perfect compliment. I'm 80 now so my hand is not so steady but sometimes shakey lines are good.

I came across your earlier pretties video the other day and have spent the last two days painting, swirling, flicking, cutting, sticking and doodling. I now have a stack of beautiful cards. Woohoo! Now this new style is beckoning (ooh - leaves and script and lovely scribbles) but it's 1am and I should go to bed. This will have to wait til tomorrow. So glad I found your channel - you are such an inspiration. Thank you.

Well, only 3 so far but that's because the morning was spent waiting for the paint to dry on the recycled papers - good idea of yours to tape them together! - and then half an hour spent washing off the splattered black paint from me, my clothes and the workdesk. First time I've used a rigger brush to splatter with (I usually use just a small brush) - I didn't realise how flexible it was and how far paint can travel! Lots of fun though. Thanks again for your tutorials.

My sweet mom passed away last month and I had been a caregiver to her. It was an amazing, heart wrenching, fun, hard experience. Because I worked it was hard to balance everything so I had to put my creativity in a drawer and close it for awhile. It was worth it because I loved her so dearly. We were very close and when she died I literally felt frozen and like the space where my heart is was empty. I’ve been so sad and the grief is indescribable. I’ve been thinking about what I can do to be me again and to fill up that empty space. I started watching your videos at midnight tonight and it is now 5:45.am. I went and found my paints and just started painting and watching you and hearing you’re not fake at all personality and joy just pretty much oozes out of you! I started crying as I painted and I realized that the space was a little less of a space. I remember painting making me feel happy and it relieved the anxiety. I’m sorry this is so long but I want you to know if you read this that you’ve made such a difference for me and I feel so out of the hole I was in. YAY! You just never know who’s out there needing help and I never thought it would be on you tube watching watercoloring. Hugs and thank yous!!!

Thank you. I have to say I had my doubts when I saw your stack of paintings at the start. And my doubts only grew when you were swirling on great gobs of white and random paints!
