It's barbaric that something like that can even happen in a busy metropolitan city!! I'll be furious if I find out there were people that could have helped but grabbed their cell phones rather than fire extinguishers or even jackets to smother the flames. Poor, poor woman. Evil walks among us without a doubt. Those subways are like zombie-land with all the addicts and mentally unfit riding them. Security has to be FAR better than it is, it's a joke. If they can afford to dish out to illegal migrants, these cities can afford to upgrade to high quality security (like smoke alarms and sprinklers/extinguishers that spray), and 2 security officers for every couple subway cars.
