Red Arrows at Southampton Boat Show 2015 (with comms)

Thanks very much for sharing this, it's absolutely brilliant footage on a perfect day in an amazing setting over the water with that big bright sun, the seagulls and boats drifting by and viewing through the tall ship surrounded by Sunseekers on the Marina. I work for the Show organisers and it had taken us a few years to get the Red's at the Show partially due to agreeing air traffic conditions with Southampton airport i believe. It was amazing to look around on the Marina to see pretty much everyone stopping what they were doing to watch a great display. I looked back at the town and a huge crowd had stopped to watch too. All in all, with the performance, setting and conditions, it was quite jaw-dropping. A definite Wow moment, and that's from someone who has seen them at least 10 times.

Thanks for your comment, I was worried in the morning as it did rain abit, but by the afternoon the sun really came out, and as soon as I heard that red 1 was going to start the performance with a full display, i was loving it. For their first ever performance in southampton, it could not have been better.
