My friend Randy Drake and I took our primary flight training together in 1984….he continued on and ultimately landed this job with the Stearman Squadron in 1990…..I lost interest in flying private aircraft and untimely went back to just flying my radio controlled model aircraft….which I enjoyed doing much more. Randy’s been gone 26 years now….he was my friend…..

They lost two in Kissimmee FL. We built parts for them. Food machinery stainless is not the best material for aircraft.

My father was friends and roommates with Randy Drake. He was such a nice man, from what I remember about him. Gone too soon.
