Everyone thinks Max wanted to call out Lewis but honestly I think he was going to say himself. You can say what you like about Lewis or Charles or Fernando, but they at least have some kind of style, even if it's not to your taste. Max just has ZERO style whatsoever, and he's admitted it many times. He owns like two pairs of cargo shorts and whatever polo shirts he's been issued by Red Bull, that's it. We all know this.

They were clearly thinking about Hamilton, and maybe Zhou too, he also has had some interesting outfits in the past. Max does not have a problem calling himself out for something. And it is cut from here, but added in the shorts saying he basically always wears team gear and therefore cannot be really included since they are not his clothes.

He is aggressive and selfish. When he's in the car. Most of the drivers are. There's addrenaline flowing, you're hyped up and on edge. A wrong move could literally kill you. You also can't see much out of a modern F1 car. That's why you hear them always say it's the other guys fault, talk trash, etc. But after the race, everyone's calmed down and the addrenaline wears off, they look at the video and usually will accept blame where it's due.

I think it’s more that they (the people asking the questions) are used to hockey players, who, despite being very pr trained and robot like in their answers in interviews, are very willing to chirp each other. They have done a few videos like this with hockey teams with similar questions and it definitely had a different result. F1 and hockey are just different cultures, you could say, and they are probably more comfortable with joking around and chirping each other on a hockey team as they might just be a little closer than the different f1 drivers are (in general). What I'm essentially trying to say is that I don't think there is any ill intend from the interviewers' side, but instead a case of them them thinking the concept, which they have gotten great content from before, would be great here as well
