The thing racing is built around regulations. Like all games built around Rules. Its those parameters that makes formula one what it is. Or NASCAR or any other racing series. Anyone can come up with another racing series that allows ridiculous power, aero etc. They did it in the 80s with group A and group B, but safety regulations got in the way and banned the sport. A Formula one team at one time had skirts that created vacuum, would literally suck the car onto the track creating ridiculous levels of grip, but was banned. Engine size in the 90s they were making 1400hp with extremely restrictive displacement regulations 1.3L v12. Remove those regulations who knows. BMW got 1300hp from a 1.3L inline 4, A formula v12 without displacement restriction would easily make 3000hp plus, easily. There was so many things prohibited and banned that would've made F1 cars stupendously fast. but Motorsport safety regulations would never allow it... The technology existed in the 80s to build something super fast, but there's no money in it because building the fastest car without regulation proves nothing..

I know this is an old comment, but if the car was real, it would use a 3L twin turbocharged V6, which produces 1486 HP. It was made to be a fesable car if redbull really wanted to make it.
