Red chicken

👇🏽INGREDIENTS BELOW👇🏽 I saw the name of the recipe #redchicken and it caught my attention. I saved it and, at the first opportunity I had, I made it. And it's so delicious!! The color comes from the meat of the #choricero pepper and it has a spicy touch with ground #cayenne. Try it and you'll see how you like it!!
Ingredients:
4 chicken quarters (thighs and drumsticks)
3 tablespoons of choricero pepper
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
Ground cayenne (to taste)
1 bay leaf
2 cloves
1 glass of port wine
1 bouillon cube
Water
Sea salt
Ground black pepper
Olive oil

Disculpa pero no veo que heches dos cebollas, no se ve esa cantidad de cebolla. Vale cualquier vino dulce?

Hola! Si. Vale cualquiera. Lo de las cebollas es relativo. Lo ideal son dos. Yo usé cebolletas. Pero en la receta original pone 2
