Pretty sure they hard coded the outlaw passes, that’s why we see the Halloween one coming back. It probably needs them to change some code to activate the others again rather then just having to press a button. Halloween 2 seems to work because it’s the last one they added and it’s still inside. Might be wrong tho

I was wondering why I had so many low level players in my lobby. At first I feared that they're alt acocunts of griefers/hackers, but glad to hear it has a "natural" reason. Had some great run-ins with some new players who were trying it out. Even if RDO doesn't really have much new content or any meaningful content added in the last few years it's still a good game and new players might get the same enjoyment we had when we started.

I tried playing for a few hours several days in a row. While I never spoke to or interacted with any other players I was still constantly attacked by hackers. The most common hacks they used was to teleport me into deadly situations, spawn tons of deadly animals like crocks around me, and most common to simply cause non stop explosions at my feet going off about 5 times a second sending my character spinning across the map. After multiple hours of this I made ZERO progress in the game and finally gave up.

Free only to your main account. You wont be able to add more accounts unless you take out separate subscriptions for each character. With the full purchased version you can have 15 different active accounts.

Google "Jean Ropke map" which are essentially collector cheat maps. Every day there is a daily new collectible cycle with the locations mapped out, but a few categories are randomized, so don't expect to find everything within one daily map cycle or even two, etc. Happy hunting. Remember to 'sell' Gus the animal or bird items that the trinkets require because Gus needs them from you in order to sell you back the completed trinkets.

Honestly this is really true.. it's good for new players.. and at the same time for us seasoned players that have enough resources but high lvl content is lacking.. at least for me the most fun I've had recently is when my friends started playing and I help them with the online story missions and start to lvl up roles with them.. it's still fun to play the game if you have a purpose.. it's just that for us long time player we don't have anything to do or look forward too..

I’m a high level player. And I’m ngl it sucks not being able to experience new content because at the time i wasn’t able to afford it. Not just in the game but even financially myself I couldn’t get the outlaw passes. I’m happy I got the Halloween pass 2, but I wish they could bring back the rest of the passes that they so greatly thought it was a good idea to remove for some reason.

I found RockStar bring Oulaw Pass bag. It cost the Player 25 or 30 Gold but the Player becomes the Items but no Gold bag. That's the real Way then the Players has Fun and not a lot of Gold that is for nothing.

Tsk, if it was for the base PS+ subscription then it maybe worth the discussion, but who even buys the other two premium tiers of the service? If anything, I would instead want an even lower tier than the current base one just so I don't have to pay more than I have to for the monthly games that I don't even play. Subscription-based models is never practical for my needs vs outright being able to select & buy each of the products.

They should make an Undead Nightmare 2 (single player story + multiplayer content) and make us buy it, just like Undead Nightmare in RDR1. I don't think most people would mind paying for that. Also another easy content idea they could do: make Guarma content, the map already exists, make some spawns there and let us play showdowns there, call to arms, maybe even races. The map already exists so most of the work is already done and it would actually feel like something new and fresh.

@@Onizuka221 I have an inside source. Take it with a grain of salt at this point though. None of it has been finalized. Only planned. They already had a bunch of unfinished content before they shifted focus to GTA 6 the reason they had to use there employees on that is because they didn’t have enough money to pay more employees to work on red dead but after they make there money from that what to look for is rockstar hiring new workers. That’s how you’ll know red dead is making a comeback.

Not only that but the official statement confirms that they would halt updates on RDO2 to help the expansion process on GTA 6. But that much larger and significant expansions would come later. In an interview with Rockstar a developer mentioned in an article about how they wanted to make progress slowly at first so a campsite would eventually become a homestead for players to micro manage. And then jump from there to building up to become a Railroad baron. More heist and interactive content would follow as well as a full next gen upgrade for consoles. Another clue is that they 1. Haven’t disabled the server network 2. Continues to update the playlists, daily challenges, and recycling ♻️ previous content. 3. Monthly they’re still doing 2-3x money 💰 and Xp bonuses. If they weren’t planning to update the game anymore the servers would have been turned off last year. So they’re obviously doing what happened with GTAO in the first 4 years. Keep grinding and saving up the money and gold because once the updates roll out it’s gonna be EXPENSIVE! Just like it was once heist came out in GTAO but in the years of waiting they still offered money bonuses and rotated playlists every month. I say keep playing and save up. By late 2025 and mid 2026 we should see RDO2 make a return.

I got the platinum for this game after 2700 hours 3 play throughs and the final trophies where as followed paying respects 100% then the platinum at Arthur Morgan’s grave this game still makes me tear up every time. Online should never happen with rdr3 just a undead nightmare and a bounty DLC red Harlow returns.

Not only read dead has the problem with modders even gta online on PC has a HUGE problem. Maybe not that “big” as gta online has more players and you might find a lobby that isn’t having a modder but the problem is the same. And they don’t care for them there either. Modders can do the same if not even more in gta online. So yea, they wouldn’t care since they never cared about PC at first place. I don’t even know why the keep on maintaining PC tbh. because any modder can legit use ways to make money fast without a ban (not money drop but other methods that still work and are not banned)

I'd say GTA IV and RDR1 had half decent multiplayers. RDO and GTAO are both the same boring grinding simulators that pale in comparison to their story modes and Max Payne 3 was pretty broken from what I remember.

Oh this is great. People pay for PS Plus anyways. And for playing RDO you need PS Plus even if you own the game. I used to play RDO till end of 2021 and moved on to other games. I was probably around level 350-400 when I left it. For me the quickest way to get money and xp is to do the collector role. Spend 4-6 hrs and collect the collectibles and sell them when there's a collector event.

I’m more likely to tackle a fella, dismiss(cuz I’ll strange anyone in this game, I’m just too quick in terms of tapping and it won’t be immersive and interesting if I’m killing someone in 1 second) and beat him up. That’s just how you make yourself pretty much equal to newbies. I even dress like a hobo in ragged clothes so folks will think I’m a lvl 10🤣 even though I’m 512. The only things that can expose me are my fully golden mausers on my rope gunbelt😂 some people don’t pay attention to it though and that makes me keep my profile low which is pretty good

ITS NOT OVER GUYS!! Plenty of games have fought back from this point. Street Fighter 5 launched horribly after 7 months and after 4 years it was nearly dead and a disappointment. Then years 5-7 came with reworked and new content. The game soared another similar example is Tekken 7, For Honor, The Division 2, and the list goes on. Even the first 4 years of GTAO prior the first heist expansion was dull and felt forgotten about. Then R* dropped news about the development and the servers shot up overnight with players.

When i went into a public lobby and didnt use the MTU trick on PS4 to have my own world, the world was always full of low levels often under level 50 and then a few players level 300+ I myself havent played it that much and havent played it for years now and my character is around level 190 with 1000 gold bars (many from from the early days daily challenges unlimitied streak) and around 200.000 Dollars. When you have the world for yourself, its here the game shines. There are enemy camps and ambushes all over, there are many treassure maps hanging on trees on a knife, there are Legendary animals all over, animals all over the place, there are bounties, naturalist free animals missions etc all over, and no loading screens and nobody to destroy your sales etc.. But the game need either some deep long good missions or good online mission. Is gets boring to run around and do endless mini missions for gold/money i dont need. I miss the world, my charcater, but not really the gameplay..

From my experience most griefers are low to mid level players. Still, RDOnline doesn't have as many toxic players as other games.

The problem is every dollar they make from red dead. Nothing's put back into it. They take our money laugh at us. Because we have hope they'll do something and only thing they do is work more on GT a 6, and when it comes out it'll be full of bugs and a shitty game happens every time I've been around since Odyssey.
