The most memorable kill I ever did in RDR was in the mission in Mexico where you're supposed to save Abraham Reyes from execution. I sniped one of the soldiers about to execute him, and as he fell his gun went off and he shot his fellow soldier (actually I think it was their leader), essentially scoring me a "double kill" with one shot. I love when random awesome things like that happen in games.

Sadly Gta v was made with casuals/kids in mind. Even with the remaster they fucked it up with no new bullet hole effects and ragdoll physics they added even worse blood effects...wtf rockstar

One time I cheated at Poker in Black Water and won a duel.Afterwards, one of the players I busted out was standing cooly with one foot up on a chair in a leaned over captain Morgan stance. My wanted level was on, and police were going crazy and shooting, and people were screaming, but we just stood there and cooly tipped our hats to eachother. Than a police officer accidentally blew him clear from under his hat and feet to inside the bar through the doors with a shotgun. His literally flew, as did his hat. We didn't tip hats no more after that.
